Loving this necklace by Kiersten Crowley. The layered tiers make quite an impact while the small details maintain a pure simplicity. I love the organic hand wrought feel of each of Crowley's pieces.

- I love the organic, imperfect nature of handmade jewelry. Each of my pieces is one of a kind. I love working with sterling silver, semiprecious stones, and vintage findings. In my day job I work at Anthropologie, Inc. but I spend most of my free time making jewelry and trying to develop my business, Villette Jewelry.
