zig zag rings
Loving the look of zig zag rings! This one by Deborah Pagani sparked my interest and now the more styles I find, the more I love them.
I love the look of 2 of these fitted together!
Ok, not really a zig zag ring, but you get the point! Mizuki's crown ring is a beautiful ring on it's own but would also make a beautiful wedding band for just the right engagement ring!

antique enamel rings
I have been enjoying looking at images of Art Deco enamel rings lately (inspired by this beauty). The color pop is just beautiful, especially when mixed with natural stones. Here are a few of my favorites...
The blue enamel on this ring (shown above) is just the perfect shade of blue and the composition is equally as beautiful.
I love the mix of the green leaf pattern with the diamonds and pearls on this ring.
I love the jade green enamel combined with the deep violet of this amethyst ring. The black enamel detail makes the brighter colors pop even more.
Peridot looks stunning framed in a lattice work setting with blue and black enamel.
I love the green and lime enamel reflecting the green glass of this ring. A beautiful example of Art Deco design.
This beauty is beyond words, with it's fire opal and enamel dragonfly setting.

antique watch necklace
I LOVE antique watches!!! I love the detailing and the number fonts are always spectacular (and I love using broken/ discarded ones in my own jewelry creations). This Art Deco watch necklace is unbelievably stunning! Now all I want to do is add a necklace version to my growing antique watch collection!

hint of color
I love the idea of adding color to a wedding ring set (my search spiraled after my last post!). Blue sapphire was the obvious choice for me but there are so many amazing options for different stones and colors! Emerald would easily be my next choice in stones. I particularly love this one mixed with marquise diamonds.
I believe I really underestimate rubies. It's my birthstone but I always pushed back on getting jewelry with this stone. The deep red of this ruby ring is stunning. I love the Art Deco feel and that the rubies are mixed with princess cut diamonds.
And just because I love them so darn much, here is another beautiful sapphire wedding band option. Once again, I love the mix of colored stones and diamonds and the east west setting of the marquise sapphires on this ring.

hint of blue
I loved adding a little blue to my wedding ring set. This ring by Bario Neal would make a beautiful wedding band with it's hint of blue. I especially love the reticulated finish of the metal.

birthday wish listing
My birthday is in a little over a month, but I'm already dreaming about what I would want. So here it is, my top 4 (serious day dreaming) jewelry wishlist...
1) I really want a simple diamond pendant. Something small that I can wear every day. This one by Cathy Waterman would be a dream!
2) I can't stop thinking about serpent rings. I have searched high and low for an antique one (in my price range) but am seriously considering having this one replicated by the talented Henri David of Halloween, because I know I will never find another one like it!
3) Seriously, I NEED a Todd Pownell ring so I can finally shut up about wanting one!
4) I really would like to add a camphor glass pendant to my antique jewelry collection. I still question why I don't have one already!
